I use three of those you mention (Google, Technorati, BlogPulse) on my link, my name, and a few variations of spellings of my name. I might try the caat - thanks for the tip.

					<description>Since I use NewsGator online, I've set up keyword serach for my name and then subscribe the the RSS feed, calling it "mentions." Typically I find that it ends uppulling my own comments (such as this one), although I do use cocomment to keep track of comment threads I am interested in.</description>
